BINGE EATING DISORDER

It is normal to overeat sometimes or eat too quickly. However, binge eating disorder occurs when these episodes become an uncontrollable recurring event. People with this disorder often struggle to control their eating. They struggle with appetite and hunger cues and eat when not hungry. This is usually due to finding a means to cope with their emotions or provide themselves comfort.
