Ellie Borden, BA, RP, MCC has over 13 years of clinical experience and over 6 years of experience as a Clinical Supervisor for Interns, Registered Psychotherapists (Q), RPs, MSWs, and other Mental Health Professionals. She is also a keynote speaker, lecturer, author, and has been featured as an expert for many prominent publications.

Individual Supervision

Ellie Borden, BA, RP, MPP can help guide you with case consultations, road blocks, case conceptualizations, personal and professional development, and ethical guidelines. She can further support you through your CRPO qualifying process or as a newly Registered Psychotherapist venturing into private practice and to meet your supervision requirements for the CRPO. She also offers all the above for those who have already met the CRPO’s hours for supervision. Many therapists can still benefit from supervision throughout their career and/or private practice.

A highlight of what is covered in supervision with Ms. Borden:

  • Case Conceptualizations.

  • Case Consultations.

  • Guidance in building, improving and/or managing your private practice.

  • Supervision related to recognizing biases, seeking the right CE training courses/skill building readings and resources, working with specific populations (couples, families, cultural sensitivity in theoretical approach, and recognizing intergenerational racial trauma).

Group Supervision

Ellie Borden, BA, RP, MCC offers monthly group supervision sessions. The group sessions provide an opportunity to share ideas with other therapists, present your cases, and receive feedback and guidance from Ms. Borden. Group supervision sessions are held online via a secure platform.

A highlight of what group supervision with Ms. Borden is like:

  • Collaborate with other therapists to enrich your skillset.

  • Receive guidance and suggestions from our Clinical Supervisor on your ongoing caseload.

  • Learn from other clinicians' cases via the discussions and supervision being provided to them on their particular case.

  • A safe place to process your cases and also get helpful feedback from other professionals. 

We offer 1-hour group supervision sessions monthly. Group supervision sessions are $100.00 (plus applicable taxes) per supervision session.

*You will need to have access to a high-speed internet connection in order to participate in these sessions using an online meeting service.
