Worry and nerves are normal feelings to experience. However, when these symptoms affect daily routines for extended periods anxiety becomes problematic. People struggling with anxiety disorders especially fear the worst. Anxiety can be specifically related to areas of one's life such as employment, health, finances, and/or relationships. There are many types, such as performance anxiety, generalized anxiety, and social anxiety. This fear is persistent despite the reality of the situation.
